Earlier today, one of the most explosive athletes in the state of Florida, has his school choices down to five. Leon (Tallahassee) athlete Semaj James didn't specify which order the schools are in, but it is down to Cincinnati, LSU, Mississippi, South Carolina & UCF.
James, has spent this season playing wide receiver, where in the first 7 games this season he has caught 29 passes, for 503 receiving yards & has 3 receiving touchdowns this season. James is also a member of the Leon Lions basketball team, where he played in just 12 games last season.
James, is listed as a 4-star wide receiver, according to 247Sports.com & has received a total of 18 offers & 20 schools haven taken interest in him. James has received offers from schools such as Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Georgia Tech, Miami, Missouri, Northern Illinois & several others.
James, mentions that his recruitment is still open to all other schools & has not scheduled any future visits as of yet. However, James did visit with Florida Atlantic last year & he told Ryan Wright, of RecruitingNewsGuru.com that "I had a good relationship with the coaches & the staff, the visit overall was great."
James, has not announced a commitment date, but wouldn't be a surprise if he waits until national signing day of his senior season to announce a decision.
