STORY: Gaither 2021 DB Jordan Oladokun recaps his recent visit with Penn State

By: Ross Van De Griek

Gaither 2021 DB Jordan Oladokun visiting with Penn State over the weekend.

On Saturday night, one of the highest ranked premier defensive backs in the Tampa Bay area, took a visit to Happy Valley for the annual "white-out" Michigan-Penn State game. Gaither (Tampa, Fla.) junior defensive back Jordan Oladokun, tells me "he had a great visit, the coaches treated him very well & the atmosphere was crazy."

Oladokun's older brother Chris, is currently the starting quarterback at Samford University, and previously played at South Florida, also playing his high school football at Sickles High School.

The 5'11, 185 pound defensive back currently holds just five offers from Bowling Green, Florida International, Iowa State, Penn State & Southern Miss. However, Oladokun has received interest from North Dakota State, Pittsburgh & UCF.

Oladokun, says "he currently doesn't have a leader among the schools that have recruited him so far." Oladokun has scheduled future visits with Georgia Tech & says he will be back in Penn State next spring.

In 6 games this season, Oladokun has 15 catches, for 311 receiving yards, 4 receiving touchdowns & has also picked up an interception. On the defensive side of the ball, Oladokun has recorded just 10 total tackles.
