We are approaching two weeks remaining in the regular season for high school girls basketball, across the Tampa Bay area & the state of Florida. A lot of the rankings are expected to remain the same. Find out where your team is ranked below.
1. Carrollwood Day (16-2)
This Week: @ Lakewood (Wed.)
The Carrollwood Day Patriots are coming off a 67-17 win over Bishop McLaughlin in their only game last week. The Lady Patriots come into this week, on a five-game winning streak dating back to December 28. The Lady Patriots are back in action, tomorrow night as they travel to Lakewood High School.
2. Plant (19-1)
This Week: Defeated St. Thomas Aquinas 53-45 (Mon.), vs Sickles (Tues.), vs Steinbrenner (Fri.)
The Plant Lady Panthers come into this week on a 10-game winning streak, including a 53-45 win over St. Thomas Aquinas yesterday. Junior forward Kendal Cheesman clipped the 1,000 point milestone yesterday in the win over St. Thomas Aquinas. The Lady Panthers are back in action tonight, as they host Sickles High School.
3. Brooks-DeBartolo (15-3)
This Week: @ Wesley Chapel (Tues.), vs Sarasota (Wed.), vs Plant (Sat.) (Play4Kay Shootout at Carrollwood Day)
The Brooks-DeBartolo Lady Phoenix are at their highest ranking of the season (#3) coming into this week. The Lady Phoenix come into the week, on an eight-game winning streak. Junior Triniti Youngblood leads the team, averaging 12.9 points per game this season. The Lady Phoenix are back in action tonight, as they travel to Wesley Chapel High School.
4. Tampa Bay Tech (17-4)
This Week: vs Bloomingdale (Tues.), @ King (Fri.), vs Lake Highland Prep (Sat.) (Play4Kay Shootout at Carrollwood Day)
The Tampa Bay Tech Lady Titans check in at #4 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball Rankings. The Lady Titans are coming off a 61-60 loss vs St. Francis (GA) yesterday at the MLK Shootout. Sophomore Janiah Barker leads the team, averaging 11.8 points per game this season. The Lady Titans are back in action tonight, as they host Bloomingdale.
5. Seffner Christian (16-5)
This Week: vs Bishop McLaughlin (Fri.), vs Spruce Creek (Sat.) (Play4Kay Shootout at Carrollwood Day)
The Seffner Christian Lady Crusaders check in at #5 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. The Lady Crusaders also come into this week, on a three-game winning streak. Marshall commit Cairah Mays leads the team, averaging 14.5 points per game this season. The Lady Crusaders are back in action on Friday night, as they host Bishop McLaughlin.
6. Keswick Christian (19-1)
This Week: Defeated Gaither 67-11 (Mon.), vs Academy of the Holy Names (Tues.), @ Indian Rocks Christian (Thu.)
The Keswick Christian Lady Crusaders check in at #6 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. Keswick Christian comes into this week, on a nine-game winning streak. Senior Jakara Akins leads the team, averaging 15.4 points per game this season. Keswick Christian is back in action tonight, as they host Academy of the Holy Names.
7. Wesley Chapel (18-2)
This Week: vs Brooks-DeBartolo (Tues.), vs Pasco (Thu.), @ Cypress Creek (Fri.)
The Wesley Chapel Wildcats remain at #7, in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. Wesley Chapel is coming off a 2-0 week, with wins over Land O'Lakes & Tampa Prep. Senior Kayla Grant leads the team averaging 14.2 points per game this season. Wesley Chapel is back in action tonight, as they host Brooks-DeBartolo.
8. Jefferson (13-3)
This Week: vs Robinson (Tues.), @ Blake (Wed.), @ Spoto (Fri.)
The Jefferson Lady Dragons sit at #8 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. Jefferson is coming off a 3-0 week, with wins over Middleton, Chamberlain & Durant. Junior Elayza Jackson is leading the team, averaging 14.3 points per game this season. Jefferson is back in action tonight, as they host Robinson High School.
9. Tampa Prep (12-4)
This Week: vs SLAM Academy (Tues.), @ Land O'Lakes (Wed.), @ The First Academy (Fri.)
The Tampa Prep Lady Terrapins check in at #9 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. Tampa Prep is coming off a 2-1 week, with wins over American Collegiate & Sunlake. Sophomore Kailyn Gilbert is leading the team, averaging 34.7 points per game this season. Tampa Prep is back in action tonight, as they host SLAM Academy.
10. Wiregrass Ranch (11-4)

The Wiregrass Ranch Lady Bulls check in at #10 in this week's Tampa Bay Girls Basketball rankings. Wiregrass Ranch is coming off a 46-10 win over Tampa Catholic last game. Junior Zoi Evans leads the team, averaging 13.8 points & 12.9 rebounds per game this season. Wiregrass Ranch is back in action tonight, as they travel to Gulf High School.
