VENICE, Fla.- If you don't know the last name Wolff in the Venice area, well you might want to start getting to know them.
Venice 2021 wide receiver/tight end Weston Wolff, is the younger brother of former Venice quarterback Hayden Wolff, who is now at Old Dominion. Wolff has received 5 offers so far from Baylor, Bowling Green, Kansas, Liberty & Old Dominion. Wolff has not yet scheduled any official visits but is planning on doing so soon. Wolff has also received interest from Duke & Iowa, but has not received scholarship offers from those two schools.
Wolff is in his second season playing for the Venice program, after he spent his freshman season at Lemon Bay High School. So far in 2019, Wolff has just 5 catches, for 74 receiving yards & has one touchdown for the Indians. Coming off a 2018 season, where he had 70 catches, for 796 receiving yards & had 3 touchdowns in 14 games.
Weston Wolff is listed as a 6'4, 195 pound prospect, where he could possibly be recruited to play at the next level, as a wide receiver.
"Expect Wolff to gain some power 5 offers by the time his senior rolls around, he is too talented not too", Venice head football coach John Peacock says.
Wolff on his favorite moment so far at Venice. "When we upset St. Thomas Aquinas, my freshman year on our way to winning states over Bartram Trail."
