Today's recruiting profile, we are talking about one of the rising basketball prospects in the Tampa Bay area. Blake sophomore guard Emanuel Sharp, who is the son of former professional basketball player Derrick Sharp.


Emanuel, is listed as a 6'4, 200 pound shooting guard who has a high stock & could be one of the best guards in the area, according to multiple coaches.


Sharp, has received just 4 scholarship offers so far from Florida, SMU, Texas Tech & USF, but is expected to receive more interest & offers as his high school career goes.


Sharp, is listed as a 4-star prospect & is currently the 44th ranked sophomore in the nation, according to Rivals.com. Sharp is also ranked the 13th best shooting guard & the 7th overall ranked prospect in the state of Florida for the 2022 class, according to 247Sports.com.


In Sharp's first varsity game as a freshman, he put up 38 points, 4 rebounds & 2 steals, in a 76-72 loss at Steinbrenner.

Sharp, plays for E1T1 in the travel ball circuit, where he was one of the outstanding performers at last summer's Peach Jam.
