By: Ross Van De Griek

The recruiting process has been awfully kind for one of the fastest receivers in northern Florida.

Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville) junior wide receiver Patrick Bryant II has received 17 offers from schools such as Appalachian State, Charlotte, UConn, FIU, Marshall, South Alabama & several others. Bryant also has power 5 offers from Miami, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest & West Virginia. Bryant took an unofficial visit to Florida State back in June, where he said "I really enjoyed the visit, but unfortunately I was unable to see & speak with Coach Taggart."

Bryant is ranked the 95th best wide receiver in the nation & is also the 77th ranked prospect in the state of Florida, according to 247Sports. So far in 2019, Bryant has 9 receptions, for 156 receiving yards & has 3 touchdowns this season. Last season, Bryant played in 10 games & had 39 catches, for 635 receiving yards & had 5 touchdowns as a sophomore.

Bryant also competed at The Opening in Orlando last February, where he ran a 4.87 40 yard dash & had a 4.32 shuttle run. The 6'0, 190 pound prospect also has a 32 inch vertical & a 75 inch wingspan.

Bryant also appeared at the FSU 7-on-7 showcase back in June, where he was impressed by the coaches, especially their new offensive coordinator Kendall Briles.

However, Bryant doesn't have any upcoming visits scheduled, but he does intend to make a list of schools in the near future.
