On Tuesday night, Florida Gulf Coast landed their 1st commit of the 2020 class, which is shooting guard Zach Anderson. Anderson is listed as a 6'7 guard/forward out of Apopka High School in Apopka, Florida.
Anderson also plays on the elite E1T1 travel team, which is coached by Steven Reece who was also the head basketball coach at Oak Ridge the past 2 seasons.
Anderson last season led the Blue Darters to a 22-4 record, before eventually losing in the District 9A-3 semifinals to Wekiva in overtime.
Expect Anderson to fill in with Florida Gulf Coast well, under head coach Michael Fly.
