The All-State team consists of the state's Top volleyball players in the state, with a majority of them committed to playing college volleyball. Coaches of the Year
1A: Heather Brinkmeier-Edge (Sneads): Sneads finished the season, 21-10 & won their 7th consecutive state championship (Tying an FHSAA record)
2A: Steve Stack (Seven Rivers Christian): Seven Rivers Christian finished the season, 24-4 & appeared in their first state championship match in school history
3A: Kim Whitney (Calvary Christian, Clearwater): Calvary Christian finished the season, 26-3 & finished third in the Class 3A State Rankings.
4A: Emilio Urgell (St. Brendan): The Sabres were just one win away from advancing to their first state championship game appearance since 1976, falling in 3 sets to eventual state champ Lake Highland Prep.
5A: Ashley Martin (Osceola, Seminole): In her first season as Osceola head coach, Martin led the Warriors to a 25-1 record this season, reaching the regional final before losing to Port Charlotte in four sets. The 25-1 season was the best season in school history.
6A: Angie Strickland (Tallahassee Leon): Strickland led the Lions to a 29-3 record this season & won the school's 2nd state championship in school history (2011), with a four-set win over St. Thomas Aquinas
7A: Layla West (Windermere): In just the school's third year, head coach Layla West led the Wolverines to a 26-3 record this season. After finishing 9-11 in 2017, followed by 18-7 in 2018. The Wolverines continue to improve year-by-year. However, the Wolverines are still in search of their first postseason win in school history.
